Did a coffee date here Saturday morning. This location has good seating and good parking. They offer outdoor seating too. Service was on the spot and my Chase location is just next door too. Good place to meet people ;)

We stopped here on our way out of town, excited for a treat and a little caffeine for our 3-hour drive. Much to our dismay, the iced tea drinks we ordered were awful! They tasted like dirty tea that had been sitting way too long. Undrinkable. I would have given this one star except when I called the store, they said they would make it right if we stopped by on our way home tonight. Needless to say, after 6 hours of driving, the last thing I wanted to do was haggle about bad iced teas. I'll still try to get it fixed, but just really disappointed about the poor quality.

I met a colleague here before work one day to exchange some documents. This place was fairly packed especially with train commuters. The staff did a great job of moving people through the line and getting drinks quickly. I ordered an iced coffee and everything went smoothly. It was a nice perk that there were still tables to sit down at inside too!

Honestly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and I go to Starbucks at least four times a week. I always have a problem every time I go here so I have stopped, being the only drive thru and longest hours near me I don't even care. My coffee is always wrong and I always get a hard time. They have no care in the world making sure it is correct or given to you in a timely fashion the employees are also not very friendly.

There's another Starbucks across the road in the Dominicks. I've been there and I prefer this one as it's an actual Starbucks with the full *$ experience. Coolers and pastries and cold drinks and hot coffee, plus a drive through (that gets very crowded as it's on the proper side of the road for the morning commuters). Inside the shop, the service was hopping and quickly serving up drinks in an organized and efficient manner. I've been to some that were good, but this one was better than most.

I normally have great service here, but they really screwed up our order for our son's baptism party. My sister, who works for Starbucks, called in a coffee order in advance. However, when she went to pick it up, they had forgotten the order! The party had started, and we had guests waiting on the coffee. She finally got the coffee, and we brought it home to realize they had forgotten the half and half. Quite disappointing service. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again for any parties.

Been coming to this starbucks for 5 years now I work within walking distance to this location. I have had more negative experiences here then positive. I would say they get my drink order wrong 80% of the time and then when I go back in/drive back through to have it corrected I am given attitude always never a sorry. My order is simple iced coffee soy (I cant have dairy) and classic. You would think they would take into consideration that some people have dietary restrictions such as lactose intolerance, I cant tell you how many times I get milk or cream in my coffee. The reason for my review now 5 years later is the current woman working the drive through window during the weekdays. She takes bad customer service to a whole new level. I have yet to get her name but she is of Asian decent and young.. maybe 19-23 years old. She has got to have the worst attitude I have ever witnessed. I go through the drive through she doesn't say hello or give me a total or offer a receipt ever!. I use the app on my phone to pay and when I hold my phone out she rolls her eyes like I am inconveniencing her by using the app. One day she couldn't get it to scan so she just held the gun out blinding me by the light and just laughed about it. Has gotten my drink order wrong almost every time, so I am thinking it is now on purpose at this point when I bring the drink back she doesn't say sorry or anything. Also not that I really care but usually when they screw up your drink I have been told they cant take the wrong one back and just let you keep it. Not this girl she makes me give it back to her, which whatever I cant drink it but just find it odd that in every other situation they never would take it back. She has also charged me incorrectly, I ordered a tall iced coffee she charged me $3.90 for it I questioned her and she said that's what it costs because I got soy milk. I was in a hurry and didn't want to see her face for another moment longer so fine I paid and left probably the only time she got my drink right! I came back the next day and got the same exact drink but a grande and it was $2.90 I actually questioned her on it and said I came yesterday and she charged me $3.90 for a tall how could that be and she said she didnt know what I was talking about and asked for a receipt which of course she didnt give to me the day before. I began to go through my app to show her and she told me I would need to come inside and deal with it and asked me to move along. I dont know what is up with this girl but how she still has a job there I have no idea. I am to the point where I would rather drive down Roosevelt to the stand alone mini starbucks then have to deal with this girl. She should not have a job until she can get her attitude in check.

Just like any Starbucks. Coffee was hot, fresh and delicious. I had the Greek yogurt with honey. The honey was watery but that was the only mishap. Good, fast service as-well and they don't get pissy if I have a special request. Also conveniently located on the way to the College of DuPage. They have limited seating, but do offer WiFi. The parking lot is tight and can be dangerous. The driveway to the drive-thru is also tight and short and easy to block people off from getting back on to Roosevelt Rd. Quick, efficient and good service :)

It is, well, Starbucks. Did try one of the Teavana Shaken Iced Green Tea with "one pump classic". I inquired if it was sweet (not a big fan of sweet tea) and the recommendation was to go with the "one pump classic". It was not that bad. Subtle green tea flavor, cool and refreshing. Getting nutritional information was a bit of a challenge but best I can figure the "one pump" gets you about 100-140 calories per "medium" (I refuse to succumb to their non-standard sizing campaign because I am, well, just that stubborn).

I have to say, of all the Starbucks I frequent, and there are quite a few, this particular location stands out to me for their inconsistency. Consistency is what made me a Starbucks regular to begin with. I've had too many espresso-pulled-too-soon, oddly weird tasting soy lattes here. Coffee snobs know what I mean. I thought that the Starbucks barista stations made this impossible, but evidently not. Luckily, I needn't look far for an alternate location!

This starbucks is what works for us when we're on the go. We never really stop in and sit around. It's just "A-Ok" because the drive thru can really suck at times, blocking the road and filling up the parking lot. We don't mind it as much in the summer when we have the top off the Jeep and the weather is nice, but in the winter? Nuh-uh. Sometimes the barista on window needs to be a little less chatty/flirty.

I just tried the mocha Via coffee for the first and last time! It tasted grainy and chalky. It didn't taste like coffee nor hot chocolate so I was confused. LOL. I do not recommend this coffee at all!

Good place to study and hang out. Plenty of tables and outlets, particularly useful if you need to use your laptop. Customer service was excellent, brewed a fresh batch of coffee for me. I only wish my coffee was warmer, it was lukewarm at best.

I dont usually yelp about coffe/ drink places cause there are far to many but I just had to give a shout out to this Starbucks. Now keep in mind I dont drink coffee or any of those other moch choca lota maka mipo, drinkies but I do like tea and sometimes I'm hungry in the mornin' on the way to work. I have only stopper here twice but each time the service was impeccable! The employees are so damn nice it rubs off on me. I'm nice but early in the morn I can be a real crab and for a starbucks employee make me smile is quite a feat! Besides the kick ass employees,I do have to give them props on the healthy egg white,spinach breakfast sandwich. It tastes like Pizza yum! To wash down that sandwich the only choice is a ice cold green tea!
